Carefor’s five Support Centres enrich the lives of older adults and their caregivers by offering a wide-range of community support services in in the Eastern Counties. Our team of professional and dedicated staff are here to support people when they need it most, creating healthier and happier communities.
The Nor-Dun Support Centre is a hub of activity for seniors and their caregivers living in North Dundas.
Home of Carefor’s Adult Day Program in the Eastern Counties, the North-Stor Support Centre in Finch serves seniors and their caregivers living in North Stormont.
Found in Ingleside along the scenic St Lawrence River, the South Stormont Support Centre offers older adults the freedom to live active, healthier lives with its revitalized fitness program.
Find a strong sense of community at the Lan-Char Support Centre in Lancaster, serving seniors and their caregivers in South Glengarry.

It’s so much more than just a meal.
Meals in Eastern Counties are prepared and delivered hot and fresh out of our Seniors Support Centres and in Carefor Pembroke-Renfrew County meals prepared by TimeSaver are delivered frozen right to your door.
Eastern Counties
Our meal program delivers a delicious lunchtime meal that is so much more than just a meal. It’s nutrition, a visit and a safety check-in rolled into one. Meals consist of a hot entrée ready for you to enjoy, or a frozen entrée that you can heat and eat at your leisure. Volunteers collect meals at our kitchens and deliver them to your home. Meals include a soup or salad, an entrée and a dessert.
- We accommodate special diets (diabetic, low salt, minced, vegetarian) whenever possible.
- Meals are delivered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday except on statutory holidays.
Pembroke-Renfrew County
The meal delivery program in PRC is prepared by TimeSaver Foods. TimeSaver has been creating home-cooked foods for Ottawa and surrounding areas since 2000. Their dishes are planned and prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients and care. The meals are packaged and frozen into individual portions, making them easy to pop into a microwave, or place in the oven, then they are ready-to-eat right out of the container.

Our frozen meal program in Pembroke-Renfrew County is for seniors over the age of 65 who want great, affordable and nutritious meals brought to their door.

- Delivery only. Delivery fee: $5 within the City of Pembroke; $10 outside

- Carefor does not accept any responsibility for clients ordering outside of their dietary restrictions. We DO NOT accommodate special diets.

Specifically designed for people living with dementia or dealing with mental heath challenges, our programs offer connection and community for clients and a well-deserved break for their loved ones.
Carling Adult Day Program
OTTAWA: Offered five days a week, Carling ADP is a place for friends.
OTTAWA: The only adult day program in Ottawa for seniors dealing with mental health challenges.
FINCH: Offered at the North-Stor Seniors Support Centre, our Adult Day Program provides supervised and supportive activities for seniors and people with specialized needs such as dementia and physical disabilities.
