Carefor provides home health care and community support services to clients and caregivers. Our compassionate team works with people of all ages from young babies to seniors, and people living with degenerative diseases to those recovering from accidents or illness.
We offer a wide range of services including nursing, personal care, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, palliative care, respite programs for caregivers and adult day programs for dementia clients. Carefor is a charitable non-profit organization; clients and caregivers access services medical services via referral from a primary healthcare professional and most are covered by provincial health insurance. We also offer a wide range of volunteer-run programs and services that are open to everyone.
