Emma Tibbo is currently the CEO of the Glebe Centre Long Term Care Home and Seniors Centre.

Emma holds an undergraduate in Applied Science, postgraduate degree in Forensic Science and is a qualified Crime Scene Analyst. She is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Risk Management Professional, and avid runner. 

Prior to joining The Glebe Centre, Emma held various senior positions in the healthcare sector including the pharmaceutical industry, hospital and community health care and diagnostic testing organizations. Her strong communication, facilitation, problem solving and people skills as well as her ability to obtain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels within organizations have contributed to her career success.

She has been married for 30 years and is a proud mother to a pilot, Border Collie, and cat with no name.
