Community Supportive Housing
Personal support in a safe, residential setting.
Community Supportive Housing is supported by a partnership between Carefor and Cornwall & Area Housing Corporation. The program serves adults with disabilities by providing personal support services and essential housekeeping services in a safe environment. Attendant care staff are on-site 24/7, and provide non=medical support care.
