Finch Adult Day Program
Adult Day Programs offer supervised and supportive activities for seniors and people with specialized needs such as dementia and physical disabilities. Program activities are flexible and tailored to clients’ abilities and interests. They’re designed to enhance clients’ well-being, while giving care-givers a day of respite. Carefor offers five adult day programs for people living with dementia.
The staff facilitate many different types of programs throughout the day for our clients to enjoy. These may include:
- Fitness, strength and balance
- Cognitive Exercise
- Arts and Crafts
- Word/Board games
- Pet Therapy
- Baking and cooking
- Themed Activity Days
Clients enjoy a morning snack and a full hot lunch. We can accommodate some diet restrictions and special requests.
If needed, staff can arrange transportation for your day, either with our agency bus or van, or by a volunteer driver using their own vehicle.
Please note there is a nominal fee associated with this program.
