The cost of rent plus care at Richmond Care Home is $5,500, all-inclusive.

Applicants must:
- Be female
- Be 55 years of age or older
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of dementia
- Be experiencing mild to moderate memory loss
- Be ambulatory
- Be able to feed themselves and manage some self-care with assistance
Certain behavioural and medical criteria also apply.
