March for Meals

Food has the power to bring people together. Carefor’s staff and volunteers see this power everyday when they’re preparing and delivering hundreds of meals to seniors and vulnerable people in your community. Every meal contributes to the overall well-being of people who need it most, and acts as a trusted safety net for those who may be living alone. The Carefor Meal Delivery Program is essential, and we need your help to feed your community.

Every March, Carefor celebrates March for Meals week, recognizing the importance of essential meal delivery programs across the Eastern Counties. With the growing demand in our community, Carefor and its team of dedicated volunteers have delivered over 34,000 meals to residents of North Dundas, Stormont, and Glengarry this past year. Help us continue our mission of delivering affordable nutritious meals to seniors and adults in need.
