Elle a obtenu sa ma\u00eetrise en sciences infirmi\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Ottawa en 2012. Elle d\u00e9tient la ceinture jaune du programme LEAN Six Sigma. Dans son r\u00f4le, elle supervisera les services de soutien \u00e0 la personne de nos programmes de soins \u00e0 domicile et en clinique et d\u2019Ottawa Inner City Health.<br><br>Au cours de sa carri\u00e8re, Jos\u00e9e a acquis une exp\u00e9rience diversifi\u00e9e dans des milieux de soins de courte dur\u00e9e, notamment des unit\u00e9s m\u00e9dicales et chirurgicales avec hospitalisation, des services de consultation externe et des programmes de soins \u00e0 domicile et de services de proximit\u00e9. Elle a toujours eu comme mission d\u2019offrir des soins de haute qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du paysage des soins de sant\u00e9. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 professeure \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9, o\u00f9 elle a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation de nouveaux professionnels de la sant\u00e9, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner les pratiques exemplaires et l\u2019expertise clinique.<br><br>Plus r\u00e9cemment, Jos\u00e9e a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le de premier plan dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un programme de soutien nouvellement financ\u00e9 pour la population neurodivergente, une initiative qui vient de franchir sa deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e au stade de validation de principe. Cette collaboration entre trois organismes permet d\u2019offrir des soins auxquels cette population n\u2019avait autrefois pas acc\u00e8s.
