En plus de diriger son \u00e9quipe, il devient responsable du soutien, de l\u2019entretien et de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du syst\u00e8me de paye du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d\u00e8s son lancement en 2016. Avant cette p\u00e9riode, John dirige des \u00e9quipes et assure le soutien, l\u2019entretien et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de plus de 400 applications informatiques utilis\u00e9es par TPSGC et d\u2019autres minist\u00e8res f\u00e9d\u00e9raux. Il g\u00e8re alors plus de 400 employ\u00e9s et consultants, ainsi qu\u2019un budget de plus de 50 millions de dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John d\u00e9tient un baccalaur\u00e9at en math\u00e9matiques avec une sp\u00e9cialisation en informatique de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Waterloo. Il poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement une vaste exp\u00e9rience en gestion de personnel et de budget, ainsi qu\u2019en cr\u00e9ation et en gestion d\u2019applications informatiques. De plus, John a de solides connaissances pratiques en gestion de la paye, des pensions de retraite, des ressources humaines, de l\u2019approvisionnement et des syst\u00e8mes financiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018, John joint Carefor Health &amp; Community Services \u00e0 titre de membre associ\u00e9 du Comit\u00e9 de gestion des risques et des finances, dont il assure la pr\u00e9sidence depuis son arriv\u00e9e au conseil d\u2019administration, en 2019.
