Sharon Maye<\/strong> est la directrice des Services aux maisons de retraite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle occupe officiellement ce r\u00f4le depuis le 31 juillet 2017, lorsqu\u2019elle a pris la rel\u00e8ve de Steve Perry en vue de sa nomination au poste de chef de la direction de Carefor le 21 ao\u00fbt 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forte de ses 10 ann\u00e9es de service chez Carefor dans le comt\u00e9 de Pembroke-Renfrew, Sharon assume avec brio ses nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s : exploitation des installations (Complexe communautaire de Carefor et Centre Mackay de Carefor \u00e0 Pembroke, en Ontario, notamment); prestation de services d\u2019aide \u00e0 la vie autonome et de soins dans les maisons de retraite et les logements avec services de soutien sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s; et gestion d\u2019autres programmes sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire du comt\u00e9 de Renfrew. Sa responsabilit\u00e9 de supervision comprend \u00e9galement la direction d\u2019une \u00e9quipe multidisciplinaire de personnel et de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui fournit des services \u00e0 la personne, des services aux proches aidants, des cliniques de soins des pieds et des services de proximit\u00e9, y compris du transport m\u00e9dical non urgent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
