Il a connu du succ\u00e8s commercial et organisationnel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019approche de gestion \u00ab Lean \u00bb, ce qui lui a permis d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une solide compr\u00e9hension des exigences des parties prenantes, d\u2019opter pour des solutions novatrices et d\u2019embaucher du personnel \u00e0 tous les niveaux dans le cadre d\u2019initiatives de transformations organisationnelles et d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des proc\u00e9dures. Il se distingue \u00e9galement par sa passion pour le leadership incarn\u00e9 et sa volont\u00e9 de mettre en \u0153uvre des solutions efficaces pour assurer la croissance et la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bill a plus de 25 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en direction financi\u00e8re, op\u00e9rationnelle et strat\u00e9gique dans un large \u00e9ventail de secteurs, y compris dans les services de soins de sant\u00e9, la technologie et la fabrication.
