Son parcours comprend les soins en oncologie, les soins infirmiers PICC, les soins post-anesth\u00e9siques, les services p\u00e9riop\u00e9ratoires ainsi que des postes de leadership progressifs dans le secteur de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Titulaire d\u2019un baccalaur\u00e9at en soins infirmiers et pr\u00e9sentement aux \u00e9tudes dans le cadre d\u2019une ma\u00eetrise en administration des affaires (MBA), Mychele d\u00e9tient \u00e9galement une certification Lean Ceinture Verte&nbsp;en sant\u00e9&nbsp;et une formation en excellence de la performance selon l\u2019approche Studer. Elle est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 promouvoir des normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es de soins gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des pratiques fond\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es probantes, l\u2019innovation et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guid\u00e9e par les valeurs de Carefor, soit le&nbsp;<strong>respect, l\u2019innovation, le partenariat, l\u2019excellence et la r\u00e9activit\u00e9<\/strong>, Mychele est passionn\u00e9e par le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019\u00e9quipes interdisciplinaires collaboratives offrant des soins s\u00e9curitaires, empreints de compassion et centr\u00e9s sur la personne.
