The Opportunity: Cook, Part Time (0.4 FTE or 32 hours bi-weekly)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The cook prepares, completes and serves daily nutritious meals and snacks for the residents of the home, taking into consideration allergies and preferences. Required to encourage independence of the residents by having them assist with preparation, cooking\/baking and clean up duties. Always following the framework of Carefor\u2019s policies, procedures, standards and quality & risk management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This residence is a secure bungalow in the heart of Richmond Ontario and is designed to help residents feel as though they are living in a home away from home. The living room, kitchen and dining area are the central hub of the residence with comfortable, familiar d\u00e9cor. Our highly trained staff are encouraged to wear regular clothes instead of scrubs or uniforms, this encourages our residents to feel even more at ease. The Richmond Care Home provides a level of care, compassion, friendship and love that makes this a place like no other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
