She holds post graduate certificates in the areas of Elder Planning Counselor®️\, Certified Health Insurance Specialist™️\, and Master Financial Adviser – Philanthropy (MFA-P™️) and is also in the process of completing her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®️) designation.  \n\nErin has been featured on CTV Ottawa News for her volunteer work with the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation and is the proud past recipient of the Mayor’s Award for Youth Volunteerism from the City of Kingston. DESCRIPTION:Hike for Hospice for Carefor Hospice Cornwall is back for another year! This annual walk is a major event in our calendar to help us raise essential funds for our hospice so we can continue to provide end-of-life care for our clients and their families. \nYour participation and support mean everything\, so we hope you’ll either lace up your walking shoes or support someone who is. \nThis year’s Hike will take place on Sunday\, May 5th at Carefor Hospice Cornwall at 1507 Second St W in Cornwall.  Registration opens at 12:30 PM\, and the Hike starts at 1:00PM\, with a BBQ to follow. \nA 2024 Hike Pledge Form is available here\, or if you’d like to do it virtually\, you can sign up here. \nWe hope to see you out for a great day of love and community! \nIf you have any questions\, please contact us at info@carefor.ca
