For more than 110 years Carefor Health & Community Services, a not-for-profit charitable health care organization, has been keeping families together longer through the provision of home health care and community support services. From nursing to personal care, respite services to assisted living options, all Carefor services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of the local communities we serve.

Carefor's special brands of wound treatment, care, palliative care, personal support, retirement living and many others go unmatched in today's fast-paced health care system, and our commitment to clients, volunteers and staff is unwavering. We are proud to deliver all services by trained health care professionals as part of our ongoing educational initiatives.

Carefor services are available to the residents of Ottawa, Eastern Counties and Renfrew County. Aside from the option of receiving care at home, there are also a number of conveniently located offices to better serve your care needs, including offices in Ottawa, Cornwall and Pembroke, as well as satellite offices in Hawkesbury, Glengarry, Stormont, Dundas and more.
